The resulting Kaizen Plan identifies and prioritizes all conversion optimization experiment and web analytics opportunities to maximize your conversion rate improvement.

The Kaizen Plan ensures:

- Alignment of advertised offers in with best practices in conversion optimization
- Traffic volumes are appropriate for recommended tactics
- Key segments are addressed and meet required traffic volumes
- Required measurement tools are in place
Funnel Experiments: WiderFunnel’s Conversion Optimization Tests
With the Kaizen Plan as the strategic guide, we can execute prioritized Funnel Experiments™ (FunEx™). Each FunEx includes:
- Hypothesis Creation (using the WiderFunnel LIFT Model™)
- Test Planning: the FunEx Map
- Graphic Design & Copy Development
- HTML/CSS Build
- Technical Installation instructions & QA
- Test Launch & daily results tracking
- Results Analysis & Recommendations
What’s a FunEx?
- A FunEx Map is a brief document outlining the experiment details, including objectives, hypotheses to be tested, wireframes and multivariate alternatives; submitted for client approval
- As soon as a FunEx Round is completed, a new FunEx is proposed and deployed
- Each experiment page (ie. Landing Page, Home Page, Thank You Page, etc.) generally will have its own prioritized list of FunEx Rounds defined by the Kaizen Method Plan
